Growing up in Lithuania during a time of profound change, I learned early on about courage, adaptability, and the strength of community. At a young age, I embraced entrepreneurship by launching one of Lithuania’s first internet cafés, experiencing firsthand the power of innovation and connection.

In 2003, my path led me to Australia, where I navigated the challenges of building a life in a new country from scratch. My professional career began in a bustling corporate law firm, mastering the complexities of Australian immigration regulations. Yet, something crucial was missing—clients were often reduced to case numbers, their stories overshadowed by paperwork.
