I'm Ieva. I'm a registered migration agent (MARN 1466195), a migrant, and a founder. I'm also the person who will actually work on your matter.

I grew up in Lithuania while the country was dismantling the Soviet system and building something new from scratch. There was no playbook. I built my first ventures in that environment — including one of the first internet cafés in the country — and I learned early that navigating a system that doesn't yet make sense is not a problem. It is the operating condition.

When I migrated to Australia, I rebuilt my professional life inside one of the most compliance-driven regulatory systems in the world. I know what it costs to get that wrong. I also know what structured, properly sequenced market entry looks like when it's done right.

Today I run a migration and advisory practice built around one type of client: a company that has proved its model somewhere in the world and is making a deliberate move into Australia.
