I built my first ventures in that environment — including one of the first internet cafés in the country — and I learned early that navigating a system that doesn't yet make sense is not a problem. When I migrated to Australia, I rebuilt my professional life inside one of the most compliance-driven regulatory systems in the world. I know what it costs to get that wrong. I also know what structured, properly sequenced market entry looks like when it's done right.
