The window for APAC expansion is open. Most founders are only now noticing.
For a decade, the default APAC play was Singapore or Dubai. Singapore made sense as a regional hub. Dubai offered tax efficiency and speed. Both still do — for the right business.
But the calculus is shifting. Singapore’s cost base has risen sharply. Dubai is navigating geopolitical pressures that create real uncertainty for IP-sensitive, Western-backed technology businesses — not because the city is unsafe, but because its regulatory environment is caught between US and Chinese tech spheres in ways that matter to your board, your investors, and your data governance obligations.
Australia is not a compromise. It is a deliberate choice.
What Australia offers that the alternatives cannot match
- Rule of law at OECD standards — your IP, your code, your brand are protected
- No US-China tech rivalry tension — clean jurisdiction for Western-backed companies
- English-speaking, enterprise-driven economy with strong B2B demand
- R&D Tax Incentive: 43.5 cents back per dollar spent on product development
- 44, 000 employer-sponsored permanent residency places allocated for 2025–26
- No talent lottery — your team's PR pathway is predictable and plannable
- 2 hours to Singapore. Compatible time zones across Southeast Asia. Gateway to a $4 trillion regional economy
Sectors with Strong Enterprise Demand
- B2B SaaS and enterprise software
- Fintech and financial services technology
- AI, machine learning, and data platforms
- Cybersecurity and risk management
- Climate tech and energy transition
- Industrial technology and deep tech
Australia is not a fallback market. It is the base from which APAC gets built properly.
Our clients have already proved their model. They’re choosing Australia deliberately.
We work with companies that have traction — revenue, customers, or capital — in their home market and are ready to scale into Australia and the broader APAC region.
US & UK TECH COMPANIES
You’ve built something that works in your home market. Australia is your APAC beachhead. You have 3–20 core staff to relocate, a product with proven enterprise demand, and a board that wants APAC revenue on the plan. The H-1B system cost you $100,000 per hire and gave you uncertainty. Australia’s employer-sponsored pathway is predictable, plannable, and doesn’t reset every April. We handle entity setup, Standard Business Sponsorship, 482 visa nominations for your team, and the 186 permanent residency pathway from day one.
SCALEUPS — APAC ENTRY VIA AUSTRALIA
Singapore is obvious. Australia is strategic. You’ve built a strong business in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, or elsewhere in Europe. You’re entering Asia-Pacific and you need a headquarters that your board, your investors, and your legal counsel will be comfortable with long-term. Australia offers political stability, IP protection at OECD standards, and a regulatory environment that European businesses trust immediately. It is a credible permanent base — not a temporary holding position. We’ve run this process before. We’ll run it for you.
INDIVIDUALS & COMPLEX MIGRATION
The difficult cases are where we do our best work. Partner visas. Section 57 responses. Health and character waivers. Resident return visas. If your case is complex, if another agent has called it too hard, or if you’ve already received an adverse letter from the Department — that is exactly where we are most useful. Fixed fees. Genuine care. A 90% positive outcome rate on S57 matters.
From the decision to expand — to your team holding PR
Most migration agents can file a visa. Very few understand the full commercial journey a business takes to land in Australia and grow a team here. This is what we manage — end to end.
Stage 01
Register your entity
Pty Ltd registration, ABN, GST, local bank account, and resident director — everything your business needs to be lawfully operating in Australia from day one.
Stage 02
Standard Business Sponsorship (SBS) approval
We prepare and lodge your application to become an approved sponsor with the Department of Home Affairs. Without this, no team members can be nominated. We structure the evidence file to ensure approval.
Stage 03
482 SID nominations and visas for your team
We nominate each role, manage Labour Market Testing, verify salary thresholds, and lodge individual 482 visa applications for your core team. Engineers, PMs, product leads — all qualify.
Stage 04
186 ENS — permanent residency for key staff
After two years on a 482 visa, your team can transition to permanent residency via the Temporary Residence Transition stream. 44, 000 PR places are allocated for 2025–26.
Stage 05
Ongoing Compliance and Growth Management
Salary threshold indexation, occupation code changes, new nominations as you hire, and accredited sponsor upgrades as your team grows. We monitor this so a compliance issue never catches you off-guard.
Every engagement starts with a strategy call. We map your specific situation, confirm which stages apply, and give you a fixed-fee quote and clear timeline before any work begins. No retainers. No open-ended billing.
Speed and Certainty
Companies expanding into Australia have boards to report to, teams waiting on decisions, and investors who want APAC revenue on the plan. We are structured to match that pace.
- Strategy call within 48 hours. Tell us your situation. We’ll tell you which pathway fits, what the realistic timeline looks like, and what it will cost. In one call.
- Fixed fees, quoted before we start. You are managing burn rate. You don’t need a legal retainer eating into your runway. Every engagement is fixed-fee, with a written quote before any work begins. No surprises.
- One point of contact, start to finish. Your matter is not passed between a junior team and a senior reviewer. You deal with the same person who assessed your case, prepared your file, and will respond when you have a question.
- Compliance built in from day one. Poor sequencing costs companies months. We align entity structure, sponsorship, and visa strategy together — so you don’t have to restructure six months in because someone missed a dependency.

You’re not dealing with a form factory
I’m Ieva. I’m a registered migration agent (MARN 1466195), a migrant, and a founder. I’m also the person who will actually work on your matter.
I grew up in Lithuania while the country was dismantling the Soviet system and building something new from scratch. There was no playbook. I built my first ventures in that environment — including one of the first internet cafés in the country — and I learned early that navigating a system that doesn’t yet make sense is not a problem. It is the operating condition.
When I migrated to Australia, I rebuilt my professional life inside one of the most compliance-driven regulatory systems in the world. I know what it costs to get that wrong. I also know what structured, properly sequenced market entry looks like when it’s done right.
Today, I run a migration and advisory practice built around one type of client: a company that has proven its model somewhere in the world and is making a deliberate move into Australia.
These clients don’t need hand-holding. They need certainty, speed, and someone who has been on both sides of the process.
I’m also building Haga.Pro — a platform that integrates immigration into international hiring for Australian employers. I’m not advising founders to build things. I’m doing it at the same time.
What structured migration actually produces
Case study: US fintech, 6-person team
Series B company. Decision made in January. Entity registered, SBS approved, first 482 visa lodged, and team operational in Sydney CBD by Q2. Entity registration, sponsorship, LMT compliance, and individual nominations managed as a single coordinated process. No delays caused by sequencing errors. No surprises on fees.
Case study: EU scaleup, APAC headquarters
German B2B SaaS company. Board required a jurisdiction with IP protection and regulatory stability that would satisfy their European investors. Sydney entity registered. CTO and two senior engineers on 482 visas within four months. 186 PR pathway mapped from day one so team retention risk was resolved before it became a negotiation issue.
Case study: S57 health waiver
Family with a child diagnosed with autism. Health cost threshold flagged. S57 issued. Full waiver response prepared — medical evidence, financial documentation, compelling reasons submission. Permanent residency granted.
