Stage 01 – Foundaition

Stage 02 – Sponsor Status
Standard Business Sponsorship (SBS) approval
We prepare and lodge your application to become an approved sponsor with the Department of Home Affairs. Without this, no team members can be nominated. We structure the evidence file to ensure approval.
Stage 03 – Team In Australia
482 SID nominations and visas for your team
We nominate each role, manage Labour Market Testing, verify salary thresholds, and lodge individual 482 visa applications for your core team. Engineers, PMs, product leads — all qualify.
Stage 04 – PR Pathway
186 ENS — permanent residency for key staff
After two years on a 482 visa, your team can transition to permanent residency via the Temporary Residence Transition stream. 44, 000 PR places are allocated for 2025–26.

Ongoing Compliance and Growth Management
Salary threshold indexation, occupation code changes, new nominations as you hire, and accredited sponsor upgrades as your team grows. We monitor this so a compliance issue never catches you off-guard.
