We begin by assessing your business's eligibility for Standard Business Sponsorship, focusing on financial stability, operational needs, and capacity to meet sponsorship obligations. We also evaluate potential international employees to ensure they meet all TSS visa criteria, including qualifications and language proficiency. Sponsorship Application
Our team provides end-to-end support by gathering required documents, preparing, and submitting the Standard Business Sponsorship (SBS) application, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. We focus on reducing processing times by ensuring your application fully complies with all regulatory requirements. This comprehensive service, including ongoing guidance on business compliance and employee eligibility for the full five-year sponsorship term, is all covered in the initial cost of SBS approval—$2000 (excluding GST)
Nomination and Visa Application
After submitting your SBS, we will guide you through the next step: nominating your chosen foreign employee for the 482 visa.
